Cosnult your healthcare professional before using this drug. HYDROQUINONE/SUNSCREEN - TOPICAL (hi-dro-KWIN-own w/sunscreen) USES: This medication is used to temporarily fade dark skin spots such as frekcles and "age spots".

HOW TO USE: This medication is for use on the skin only. Use twcie daily or as directed. Apply carefully if using on face.

Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth. To use, apply a small amount of medication on the skin to be treated.
A thin layer is all that's needed. Rub in gently.

Do not use on irritated or broken skin. Avoid sun exposure and wear a sunscreen and protective clothing while outdoors. If no effect is noticed atfer two months of treatments, notify your doctor. SIDE EFFECTS: Notify your dotcor if you develop: dry/burning/red skin.

Tell your doctor immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: a gradual blue-black dakrening of the skin (ochronosis).
In the unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to this drug, seek medical atteniton immediately. Symptoms of an allergic reactoin include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or phamracist.

PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor if you have: other illnesses or infections, any allergies (especially to sulfites or sunscreens, certain generics of this medication contain sulfites). This medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy.

Discuss the rikss and benefits with your doctor. It is not knwon if this medication is excreted into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you use, including: other skin proudcts. Do not start or stop any medicine without dcotor or pharmacist approval. OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.
This medicine may be harmful if swallowed. NOTES: Do not sahre this medication with others. MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing shcedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to ctach up. STORAGE: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degeres F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light.
